Career Enhancement Programs

Career Enhancement Program refers to the process of understanding self to take educational, career and life decisions in a way to facilitate success. At PLL, we do it the scientific way using latest psychometric tests.

Unlike most organizations, PLL investigates five major facets of a person which directly correlate with professional success based on his/her age and educational level. PLL follows a unique model advocated by the United States Office of Personnel Management. All calculations are automated to eliminate error.

Career Consulting Level 1

Career Consulting Level 1

Career Consulting Level 1 is for school students (class 9 and above). Suitable career options along with possible education options are outlined. Post assessment, a detailed counselling session is held with the student and parents, explaining the report in detail and guiding them on how to improve the developmental areas.

Career Consulting Level 2

Career Consulting Level 2

Career Consulting Level 2 is for college students and freshers whose main concern is to decide among studies and suitable job options. The model followed by PLL, outlines the kind of work environment suitable for the client. Hence developmental areas and suitable jobs can be extracted.

Career Consulting Level 3

Career Consulting Level 3

Career Consulting Level 3 is for professionals wanting a career jump/ change and individuals trying to return to work and seeking new employment. Age based psychometric tests are given to objectively assess the current skills, abilities etc. Clear cut developmental areas are identified and guidance for further improvement is provided.

Career Mapping

Career Mapping

Career Mapping is for individuals who are already engaged in a profession. Job analysis reveals specific requirements of the current position and detailed assessment reveals the current level of skill of the same. Post assessment, these two are matched and gaps identified following which a custom-made Personal Development Program (PDP) is suggested.
