The timing of quest for meaning is of much importance. For instance, if one analyses the meaning of an action after acting out, the realization of the meaning remains back as a mere understanding. But if an action’s meaning is analysed before acting out, who knows! it might even lead to the modification of the action itself.

In today’s world, this is something we need to learn. We need to stop pondering on what happened, what we did, why we did etc. Let us focus on what are are we doing, why are we doing it. this not only helps us to re-shape our behaviour but also saves us from the guilt. GUILT – the worst thing you can ever live with!
